Job Description Reporting directly to the CEO, your responsibilities would include the following: Demand Generation
Generating demand for products & services offering among the ideal target groups based on the business goals of the organisation.
Translating business goals and market insights into effective marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver measurable impact on both brand (Awareness/Consideration scores)
Oversee the development and execution of new marketing channels to unlock growth
Driving growth marketing experiments and initiatives to validate and scale effective strategies.
Analyzing and interpreting growth marketing metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for
Leading a high-performing team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across improvement. Translating growth insights into actionable recommendations to drive business growth various marketing functions including performance marketing, social media marketing, partnerships, ATL & BTL.
Taking ownership of our customer acquisition channels - paid ads, display ads, SEO, affiliate marketing and influencer marketing.
Strategizing the right mix of offline and online marketing activity to get the maximum ROI.
Social Media Marketing
Building and growing key social media platforms.
Tracking and growing key metrics on social media platforms.
Tracking revenue & organic reach generation through proper tracking.
Building a strong community around the brand via Facebook Groups & other channels.
Using content to build a strong top-funnel for the brand across channels & regions.
Using content as a key awareness driver for the brand.
Branding & Communications
Being the Brand custodian, driving all aspects of brand management viz. thought leadership on the brand architecture.
Ensuring brand guidelines being followed in creatives across every single touch-point of the brand i.e. packaging, social media, online-offline promotional material, etc.
Creating a unified & consistent communication plan to reach the consumer, in line with brand perception & values.

The Successful Applicant
12-15 years of experience
Entrepreneurial mindset - High Ownership - Ability to multi-task, and get things done.
Strong creative vision and ability to translate brand strategy into compelling campaigns online and offline brand marketing campaigns is a big plus.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
The person should be extremely focused on metrics, analytics and data-driven to ensure that the customer/brand experience
Strong focus on Return on Investments (ROI) on brand /promotional spends.
