Website: Objectives of this Role Our company is seeking to hire a motivated Product Manager for our Research and Development team. This person needs to work closely with project managers, development teams and technical leads to manage the product direction based on market research, customer feedback, and development capacity. You should be passionate about customers and product quality, and be the voice of customers during internal meetings. Roles & Responsibilities To gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to design product requirements and features. Develop assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement of products Assist teams in following the Agile methodology Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity Work with other program/product managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department. Manage communication of progress/status within the team and with our partners. Create various productivity processes to constantly raise the productivity bar in the organization. Skills and Qualifications Relevant knowledge/experience in the virtual design and construction (VDC) industry 5-12 years of work experience (inclusive of 1-3 years in technical domain & capacity) Bachelor's degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent practical experience Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills Knowledge & practical experience of Agile methodology (i.e. SCRUM etc) Preferred Qualifications Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements 3+ years of experience of working on or leading cross-functional projects 3+ years of experience in program or project management 2+ years of software development experience Interested candidates may apply to [email protected]Job tags
