As Client Success Manager at Verticurl, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned client(s) and related stakeholders for digital marketing campaign planning and execution. You will have the responsibility for key accounts a success, relationship health, and service delivery supporting Verticurl’s global clients.

Responsibilities : Be a primary point of contact for the customers and together with a team provide excellence in service delivery, planning and executions. Collaborate with project leadership teams on program roadmaps, campaigns strategies, and execution calendars. Assist in campaigns planning and execution based on customer engagement roadmaps in alignment with business use cases (including validation rules, triggers, alerts, and automated responses). Supporting growth and retention of client relationships through annual and quarterly planning. Be a primary point of contact for the customers and together with a team provide excellence in service delivery, planning, and executions. Collaborate with project leadership teams on program roadmaps, campaigns strategies, and execution calendars. Assist in campaigns planning and execution based on customer engagement roadmaps in alignment with business use cases (including validation rules, triggers, alerts, and automated responses). Assist the CSM in working with clients to develop marketing campaign insights, campaign reporting, and operations metrics and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation and experience working in a digital agency, consulting firm or digital marketing organization. Working knowledge of leading Marketing Technologies (e.g. Responsys, Marketo, Eloqua and Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Having certification is a big plus. Experience in supporting large enterprise clients and multinational organizations. Experience working with remote teams in an international/ multi-cultural environment is a plus.
