Business Development Manager

About the Role As a Business Development Manager at LexDash, your role encompasses developing and executing sales strategies, managing our translators, working closely with co-founders and the sales team, following up with customers, scheduling calls, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key partners and existing clients. What's in it for you? Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business growth Follow-up with clients and schedule calls. Build and maintain relationships with key partners and clients Track and report on sales activity and performance Managing our network of translators to complete translation tasks Embrace the startup environment and be willing to wear multiple hats. Bonus if you have: 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role. Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Confidently navigate cold calling and relish building connections with new people.
