Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping at Fairfield by Marriott Sriperumbudur. The Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping will be responsible for performing daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, stocking and organizing supplies, managing inventory, and providing exceptional guest services.
Qualifications

• Excellent Guest Services, Guest Service, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in managing reservations and communicating with guests
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Prior housekeeping experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
