Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing trends, assessing client requirements, and providing strategic recommendations.

Qualifications Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills Experience in the commercial real estate industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Proven track record of achieving sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field
