Overview: This role is a client facing role and the selected candidate shall be expected to work closely with the client, internal Palladium team for the deliverables. The candidate is expected to assist Palladium in driving the project ensuring preparation of quality deliverables as well as assist in day-to-day operations.

Qualification and Experience Requirement: Post Graduation in Environmental Science or equivalent 6-8 years of relevant work experience. Experience of working on Environment, sustainability, and governance (ESG). Experience of developing / implementing environmental frameworks, policies, and practices. Experience of designing / undertaking Environment Impact Assessments for development projects. Knowledge of the ESG market in India and the region. Familiarity with ESG assessment methodologies such as FTSE, MSCI, along with climate risk analysis and decarbonization strategy is desirable. Understanding of ESG reporting frameworks, including GRI, SASB, DJSI/S&P, CDP, BRSR, TCFD, UNPRI, etc. Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and organizing stakeholder consultation workshops.
