We have expanded and moved to a larger studio and are looking for like minded folks to join our rocking team.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at IVY Plum.
The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales and building and maintaining customer relationships. Over 50% of our orders are from referrals customers.
The role will involve interacting with customers and providing product recommendations, assisting customers with purchases, and conducting follow-up calls and emails.
We are looking for folks with 1 to 5 years of experience from Retail background.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Quick learner with an adaptable approach to work
- Goal-oriented and able to meet sales targets
- Basic knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Excel and Word
- Fluency in languages such as Hindi, English, will be beneficial
