Job description
Responsibilities Responsibilities - Searching for candidates who are developers in the domestic and international online game industry; - Pre-select suitable and qualified candidates according to requirements and monitor the process; - Maintaining constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations. - Conducting Recruiting Plans, reviews, and reporting to upper management. - Work with the board of directors to determine the request, and make a Recruiting plan for short and long-term goals.
Qualifications - Good communication skills in English (written and oral). - 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment. - Good sense of the labor market and current best practices. - Pro-active, adaptive, and flexible mindset. Must have: - Have a good understanding and experience in IT recruitment, especially in the field of gambling online (Developers, Game Producers, Artists, QC,...) - Extensive recruitment network/data with local candidates, Expatriates, Resettlement from APAC, EU, Americas...
