Female , max 25 years , 12-15k , graduate , English communication , MS office , freshers to 2 years experience , kolkata

Responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, answering all calls and directing as needed, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities.

• Welcome and guide visitors.
• Control visitor access.
• Print visitor badges.
• Answer and transfer phone calls.
• Answer or forward e-mails.
• Provide information, in person, by phone or email.
• Handle inquiries and complaints.
