Job description
Prepare and analyze Work In Process reports Analyze job production costs, material variances and sales margins Using spreadsheets and / or allocations software, prepare allocations of plant liquids production and residue back to the well head and at the tailgate of a plant Using spreadsheets and / or allocations software, prepare sales invoices, purchase settlement statements and record entries into the general ledger for the purchase and sale of natural gas and liquid hydrocarbons Prepares and invoices producers and shippers for various gathering, processing and treating fees Prepares monthly and periodic tax reports for filing and payment with various state and federal agencies Analyzes and explains monthly and seasonal fluctuations in volume and amounts as compared to prior months and budget Follows up on payments and invoices to assure accurate and timely collection Reconcile volumes and values from spreadsheets and allocations software to the general ledger Balance the plant monthly to assure all quantities and related values are properly captured and accounted forIn reference to your job application that we have viewed on a job-site, kindly send your resume/CV to us hidden_emailJob tags
