Job description
Exp : 7 to 9yrs Location : Pune Perform trouble shooting and resolve Incidents related to VDI, OS, software & applications utilizing technical skills & knowledgebase documentation Perform VDI provisioning & request fulfillment (Service Request management) Create, deploy, and maintain workstation images, seeking to automate and streamline operational tasks whenever possible Ability to effectively communicate with the business users and interact professionally with all levels of business users. Participates in the design, development, and support activities in the VDI engineering space that enables a simple and positive user experience For any P1/P2 incidents, 24/7 on call Availability to help restore the service & you should be flexible towards working hours during busy period Performs root cause analysis as needed for end user related issues Develop and maintain installation, configuration and security procedures Explore automation opportunities around areas of VDI/OS Deployment, Migrations, Request Fulfillment, and any other areas to improve efficiency
