Job description
Roles and Responsibility
- Handling total hospital sales and Services.
- Follow-up for the payments.
- preparing for the Billing(Invoice).
- Making Claims work note and follow-up for the Credit Note with the supplier.
- Follow-up for inventory like purchase orders, GRN, Checking etc.
- Assigning and dividing the works to the subordinators based on priority.
- Follow-up for the stock adjustment.
- Continues follow-up of the Medical Representative for new clients with our existing company.
- Requesting for the authorization for new Companys with our clients and managers.
- Sharing the details of Sales and closer to the medical representative.
- Weekly once to visit the hospital and check the status of reports or query.
- Visiting for a new clients add-on to Skites.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Business head.
