Job description
Objectives of this role:
- Gain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex
information into simple, polished, engaging content such as blogs and
whitepapers - Drive traffic to the website, increase engagements, meet SEO
requirements and incorporate keyword strategies as set by the team
Responsibilities:
- Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with various
departments to understand project requirements - Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and
write procedure manuals, technical blogs and whitepapers - Maintain brand identity and voice across all channels of content distribution
for consistency
Required skills and qualifications:
- Three or more years of experience as an effective technical writer
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter
- Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
