Job Description :Job Title : Business Analyst Job Type : Full Time Location : Bengaluru/ Chennai Mode: Hybrid (3 Days office Mandatory) Experience : 5 - 10 Years We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in translating business requirements into technically feasible and efficient solutions, particularly in data warehouse/ETL related projects. Strong SQL skills are essential for this role, along with a proven ability to collaborate closely with development and testing teams. Key Responsibilities : - Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements. - Translate business requirements into technically feasible and efficient solutions.- Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. - Utilize strong SQL skills to query and analyze data as needed.- Engage with technical teams to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. - Familiarity with agile ways of working, including participation in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Extensive experience in business requirements definition and management. - Proven experience in data warehouse/ETL related projects. - Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams. - Familiarity with agile methodologies. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
