Job description
Maintain and Manage Operations of State Datacenter along with all project deliverables like SLA, Resource Management etc..
Key Spoc for:
. Project Mangement
. Major and Critical Incident with respect to SDC services.
. Problem Management
. Change Management
. Capacity Management
. ISO Management
. Internal/External Audit Management
. Resource/Manpower Management
. Knowledge management (KEDB)
. High Level and Low Level Design Document for SDC solution including all domains
. Documentation and Reporting for Servers
Candidate havingBE / MCA andPMP or Prince2, ITILV3 Foundation (optional) havingRich Hands on experience of Project Management with knowledge on Datacenter operations.
. Responsible for overall management of the Data Centre, user SLA commitments, performance, availability, response time, problem resolution.
. Responsible for effective Resource management, System & Resource planning, based on business forecast
. Liaison with various stakeholders/agencies & GoG Departments for Project related issues etc.
. Responsible for all Managment reports like MIS, QGR, Weekly & Daily Reports.
. Identify repeated issues, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) & complete documentation of problems and solutions.
. Escalate any non-compliance of the processes and anything unusual immediately as per client escalation matrix and take remedial actions.
. Initative on knowledge sharing and execution for all domains.
. Understand the client requirement and provide appropriate solution as per the scope
. Contribute to Team orientation
. Familarity with Solution Designing with HLD/LLD with respect to Datacenter
Expert of ITIL framework and familiarity with ITSM Tools (like Remedy/CA/HPSM etc )
