Job Title: Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with at least 6 months of experience in voice processes in Hindi and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers in Hindi and English
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide product information and demonstrations to potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in voice process sales, preferably in a bilingual (Hindi and English) environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Hindi and English
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
