Job description
We are hiring experience staff nurse for our Multispeciality Hospital.
Job Responsibilities-
- Identify patients care requirements, focus on their needs and act on them
- Resolve or report on patients needs or problems
- Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine diagnostic checks (monitor pulse, blood pressure and temperature, provide drugs and injections etc
- Monitor and record patients condition and document provided care services
- Follow care regulations and standards
- Proven nursing experience
- Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
- Compassionate with good communication skills
- Keeping track of patients progress. Monitoring vital signs.
- Making sure supplies are in stock.
