Location West Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi (On-site) Experience 1-3 yrs Salary 30-40K per month Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Representative at WhizCo. The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, maintaining client satisfaction, managing finances, and effectively communicating with clients. Qualifications Client Services and Customer Service skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to maintain and increase customer satisfaction Basic knowledge of finance management Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred Experience in client servicing or customer service is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preference will be given to candidate with agency experienceJob tags
