Job description
Position : Technical ArchitectPlace of posting : Mumbai (Goregaon)Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and a Master's degree is preferred in Business Administration.Role Contour : - Designing and implementing the software. - The TL values simplicity and is not afraid to challenge constraints and procedures to achieve an agile and flexible design. The TL works closely with all team members to design and implement a modular, scalable solution that flexibly incorporates architectural changes. - The TL is a team member who actively coaches the team to solve complex problems.Accountabilities : - Design and implement the architecture of the product, under the supervision of the architectural leader - Guide the team in the implementation of the strategy of the organization - Collaborate with the design and roadmap of the product together with the PO and architecture lead - Act as mentor and coach of the team in the pod, especially during code reviews - Actively engage in coding to help the team develop a robust solution and solve day-to-day problems - Identify and remove impediments - Constantly look for new ways of solving problems and designing solutions, without fear of challenging the status quo - Provide the team with an action plan to implement software eng. practices & improve code quality - Maintain the technology vision in the long term and suggest improvements in said plan - Understand global best practices & adapt themDomain Experience : - 7+ years of tech experience with deep knowledge of the principles of programming and engineering oriented to objects such as SOLID, and clean architecture - Significant experience writing and using API services oriented to autonomous services and large scale applications to adjust performance - Experience with SQL and NonSQLdatabase systems - Experience in integration with JS frameworks, e.g., React, Angular JS, etc. - Ability to write unit, integration, performance, and API tests - Knowledge of immutable infrastructure, infrastructure automation & provisioning toolsBHARAT INTERFACE FOR MONEY (BHIM)Agile & Digital Experience: - Agile development knowledge, preferably with experience as similar leader - Knowledge of relationships with PO, Agile Coach and team - Working style under principles and values of agile software developmentIndividual Experience : - Strong communication skills to convey messages clearly - Attitude, results and openness to learn - Active coach & mentor focused on growing & maximizing team potentialMindset & Behaviours : - High energy, passionate person who inspires colleagues to reach their full potential - Enthusiasm to try new solutions outside of known ones - Encourage free thinking -receives ideas positively from other team members - Courage and attitude to question how things are done (ref:hirist.tech)
