Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead/Project Manager with 8-12 years of industry experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, project management, and leadership skills. This role requires effective coordination between testing teams, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:
Â
Project Management:
- Lead and manage the overall testing effort for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to meet project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.
Â
Test Strategy and Planning:
- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, methodologies, and processes tailored to project requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop detailed test plans, including test cases, scripts, and procedures.

Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and guidance to testing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor team members, providing technical guidance and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set performance goals, and provide feedback to team members.

Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the quality of deliverables by overseeing the execution of test plans and conducting thorough defect analysis and tracking.
- Implement best practices for test automation, performance testing, and regression testing to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality assurance process.

Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and senior management.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, addressing their concerns and managing expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or project management role.
- Strong understanding of software Testing lifecycle (STLC), testing methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven experience in leading and managing testing teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Project Management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
