Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Daily coordination with consultant / clinic head basis of the treatment advised by them.
- Helps patient to understand the value of treatment (Convincing patient to commit to treatment)
- Sales experience will be an added advantage
- Explain the tariff of the respective procedures/investigations to patients in detail.
- Maintain counselor reports daily (Advice, Conversion and Patient-wise data).
- Coordinating with finance department (Invoices, Getting Discount Approval, Billing).
- Establishing a tone of empathy that helps to resolve any patient complaints or conflicts.
- Follow up with patients at all stages.
- Doctor for life - Responsible for long term relationship management with the patient.
Working Days: 8 hours of 6 days work week (Rotational)
Work Location: Punjabi Bagh (Should be comfortable with 2 more clinics in Delhi)
- Shift Timings: 8 hours between 8 AM and 8 PM (should be flexible with all three shifts i.e. 8AM-4PM, 10PM-6PM & 12PM-8PM
