Job description

We have an opening for the post of HR Manager  for a reputed Company at the  Bandra  location .

Key Points:

• Prepare SOP after assessing and analysis of all managerial job profiles.
• Report to CMD on key jobs and evolve profiles and critical SOP of the role.
• Mature Sr analytical HR process, PMS driven professional required.
• At least 12 years of experience in HR function with an ability to conceptualize articulate and write job profiles and evolve SOP.
• Reviewing performance appraisal system of the employees from time to time using the assessment information for the purpose of training, promotions, and incentives etc.
• Managing HR operations
• Execution of HR activities and trying to streamline the HR department and the procedures
• Age between 33 to 40 years 
• Full-time MBA in Indian or Foreign University
• Fluency in Oral and Written English.

Work Timings:

10-hours daily working, 10 am to 8 pm
