Location: Pune, Hyderabad and Indore Timings: Full Time (As per company timings)
Notice Period: within 15 days or immediate joiner
Experience: 4-7 Years
Must Have Skills - At least 4-5 years' experience in Installing, configuring and managing RPA platform as administrator
- Administrative experience in any Virtualization or Cloud platform (Azure/GCP/AWS) with RPA is must
- Responsible to work towards achieving the SLA metrics and align with business
- Experience is monitoring the Robots and raise Incidents for process failures based on the process criticality
- Should have experience in troubleshooting, resolving RPA Environmental issues that arises Should have experience in Managing users and License
- Should have experience in resolving Active directory, Credential vaults and Third party applications related issues
- Should have experience in SQL Db related troubleshooting in the RPA platform
- Experience in handling Bot failures and perform RCA Knowledge of creating, assigning roles and account creation for RPA users in Control Room
- Experience in hosting and upgrading RPA products for customers
- Coordinated and worked with RPA Product support and cloud partners for technical solutions
- Participant in daily status calls, Weekly status, and Monthly Business review meetings
- Support for bot enhancements for successful runs
