Position: Relationship Manager - Direct Sales Channel (Banking Sector - Karnataka)
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Build and nurture client relationships through direct sales channels within the Karnataka banking sector.
- Customize solutions to meet client financial needs, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and actively contribute to the overall business growth strategy.

- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- Demonstrated success in direct sales, preferably within the banking sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Karnataka's banking and financial sector.
