Hello IT Consultants,

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Hello IT Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for providing technical support and consulting services to clients, analyzing and resolving IT issues, and implementing IT solutions. The role is located in Pune but some work from home is acceptable.

• Analytical Skills and Information Technology knowledge
• Strong technical support knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Experience with Oracle EBS and RPA, IoT, Data Analytics, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Relevant certifications are a plus
