First, the basics: As a Senior Performance Marketing Executive, you will get hands-on experience managing Paid Marketing accounts for some of the most exciting brands. You’ll get to complete a robust training program where you’ll learn best practices and advanced applications and build experience. What you do: Build Campaigns, Monitor budgets and performance and ads – Campaign, Ad set, Ads, Creative validation, Pixel creation, validation, following defined campaign structure and utilizing the best practices, QA processes, and tools Who you are: You are eager to learn, curious, and excited about solving problems by using data. You have a passion for process and organization and are able to take on a new project and learn as you go. You’re excited to be a part of an organization where everyone contributes to driving tangible business results for our clients with 2-3 years of experience. hat particular set of skills would suit this role? Proactive and solutions-focused Passion for marketing and/or the digital world Smart and data-driven approach to work Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbally Hands-on experience of Meta and LinkedIn Proven skills with Microsoft Office and/or Google Business Apps, especially Excel or Google Sheets Possess interpersonal and organizational skills. Prior execution experience either as part of a project or in a previous position KPIs Fast and flawless project delivery - Delivering assigned tasks (both ad hoc and recurring) on time by utilizing defined best practices and QA processes to ensure consistency. Client growth - Increasing client growth mostly in terms of revenue scale-up by optimizing current activity and identifying growth opportunities in current campaigns.Job tags
