Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Professor in the Department of ECE who will be responsible for teaching, research, and service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their field of expertise and have a strong commitment to student success.

Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the ECE department
• Conduct research in areas related to ECE and publish papers in leading journals
• Secure external research funding
• Supervise graduate students and undergraduate research projects
• Engage in service activities, including committee work and outreach to the community

Qualifications:

• A Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering or a closely related field
• Strong record of scholarly publications and external funding
• Evidence of effective teaching and mentoring of students
• Commitment to service and outreach activities
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and students from diverse backgrounds
• Knowledge and experience in areas such as electronics, communication systems, signal processing, embedded systems, computer architecture, and VLSI design.
