Qualification: 12th or Graduation
Salary: 16,000 INR CTC + High Incentives
Age: 19-23 years (Exact)
Type: Full-time
NOTE - Candidate must have 2-Wheeler, with valid license, with good credit score, must have knowledge of english & tamil language, also good presentation skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Executives for Home Loans. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1-2 years of experience or freshers who are passionate about sales and eager to start their career in the financial industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source potential clients and achieve sales targets in the designated area.
Conduct thorough customer profiling to understand their home loan requirements.
Provide accurate information about available loan options and guide customers through the application process.
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with team members and managers to maximize sales opportunities.
Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements at all times.
Complete all assigned tasks and reports within the specified deadlines.
Participate actively in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil.
Must have a two-wheeler with a valid license.
Good understanding of financial products, especially home loans.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
Must possess a good credit score.
Willingness to engage in fieldwork as required.
