Job description
Liaise with client application lead for day-to-day activities.
Provide L2/L3 support for issues related to Oracle EBS
Attend all internal and client meetings.
Co-ordinate with other teams, business users, Vendor (eg Oracle)
Help in patching and monthly closure activities.
Documenting and Maintaining SOPs and KEDB
On-call support for P1 issues. Skills & Experience Required:
Well versed with modules:
GL, Payables, Receivables Fixed Assets, I-expense, I-receivables,
I-Suppliers, Purchasing, Project Accounting, Cash Management, and EBTax.
Experience in understanding and debugging issues in seeded as well as
custom concurrent programs, peripheral integrations (eg bank integrations) tc.
Understanding of basic Oracle SOA,XML, Unix, and PL/SQL
ITIL certification will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Work in rotational shift (morning & evening IST)
