Job description

And in order to achieve this, you will need to do the following :

- Conduct consultations with prospective candidates to understand their career goals, aspirations, and challenges.

- Provide personalized career guidance and counseling to individuals, recommending suitable career paths and educational programs.

- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and educational programs to address inquiries and concerns.

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets, demonstrating consistent performance and contribution to team goals.

- Conduct thorough profiling and record student interactions and sales activities in the CRM system through detailed comments.

- Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, counseling skills, and closure skills.

Requirements :

- 2-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, career counseling, or a related role.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients.

- Strong sales acumen with a consultative and empathetic approach.

- Familiarity with CRM software for effective lead management and reporting.

- Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a high volume of client interactions.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work collaboratively in a team environment.
