Software Program Manager
We provide software product development services to overseas clients and this position is to be part of the dedicated team which provides software product development to our client Toorak Capital Partners from Mortgage Finance Industry.

Key job responsibilities
Project Planning and Management – Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and drive project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects.
Team Management – Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work.
Product Owner Support – Support the Product Owner/Business Analyst in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance.
Process Management and Improvement – Define and manage a well-defined project management process and drive ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management.
Productivity and efficiency – define key metrics and identify tools to monitor and improve team productivity and efficiency.

Norms: Work from Office mandatory for 3 days in a week
Location: Bengaluru (Smartworks Karle Town).
Timings: IST 11am To 8pm
