Job Description Are you a project management professional with software development project management experience looking to support a strategic, operational, program management office team? Do you have experience providing cross-functional program / initiative leadership in the communications industry? If so, Motorola Solutions has a great opportunity for you! This position is for Unified Communications Programs. Manages the development and/or implementation of Motorola Solutions products or services for Unified Communications Solutions Drive and guide departmental or cross-functional teams focused on delivering new or upgraded existing products, solutions, or services. Manages projects from inception to completion (or transition), including tracking and evaluation of project performance. Ensures that projects are completed on time within accepted quality metrics. Participates / guides in project review and status meetings, and communicates project status. Utilizes agile and project management methodologies to ensure maximum project effectiveness. Motivates and influences team members contributing programs to ensure optimal performance.
Basic Requirements Minimum of bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field OR job experiences in project management / project execution Highly organized, ability to motivate and manage others Skilled and have successful Project executions experiences with Agile methodology Strong Management, communication skills, time management skill, and critical thinkingJob tags
