The SKF Lubrication Management Business Unit is pursuing its Digital Transformation Strategy with a global SAP System as backbone. During the global SAP program, we are developing our organization to enable the global digital transformation.

Main purpose of the role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven S/4 HANA Project Manager to lead implementation and rollouts of S/4 HANA projects within SKF Lubrication Management Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA, project management methodologies, migration of ECC system to S/4 Hana and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Strategy:

· Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and strategies for the successful implementation and rollouts of S/4 HANA projects.

· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.

2. Risk Management:

· Identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation and contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.

· Proactively manage and resolve project-related challenges.

3. Quality Assurance:

· Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by implementing best practices, quality checks, and adherence to S/4 HANA project standards.

· Conduct regular reviews to assess project progress and identify areas for improvement.

4. Implementation Oversight:

· Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, including system configuration, data migration, testing, and training.

· Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful deployment of S/4 HANA solutions.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant documentation.

· Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming deliverables.

Candidate Background and competencies

Qualification and Skills

· Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

· Proven experience managing S/4 HANA implementation and rollouts projects.

· In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA modules and functionalities.

· Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Strong team player – ability and passion to work in global team.
