Job description
- Validate appropriate data from internal systems and ensure appropriate course of action is being pursued.
- Performs a variety of data entry, verification, and related duties for processing of merchant account updates.
- Data entry to build merchant profile, on-boarding merchant locations and account amendments.
- Ensure accurate and appropriate updates are made to merchant account.
- Resolve client issues and operational concerns and escalate as needed to internal stakeholder.
- Coordinates specific work tasks with other employees within the department as well as with other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information.
What will you need to know:
- 2 to 4 years Backoffice operation experience required, banking experience preferred.
- Prior working experience on any CRM tool
- Ability to read, write, type, complete basic arithmetic, and multitask.
- Customer service and research skills required.
- Basic banking & merchant services knowledge.
- Should be Flexible doing Shifts
What would be great to have:
- Handles routine and non-routine tasks with standard procedures, referring most complex issues to higher levels.
- Works under moderate supervision
