Job Title:
IT System Administrator Location: Hyderabad ( On site ) Experience required: 4 to 8 years Job Description: Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations. Administer Microsoft Intune for device management, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting. Provide desktop support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues on time. Install, configure, and update software applications as needed. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company's data and network. Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our systems. Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2+ years of experience in IT system administration. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune for device management. Experience providing desktop support in a corporate environment. Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus. Proficiency in administering Windows and Linux operating systems. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
