Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Global Insurance Delivery Leader!
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Delivery Leader to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of projects within the Insurance vertical. As the Senior Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of delivery managers and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of solutions to our insurance clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, relationship, and delivery excellence, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Also lead the insurance solution strategy and drive business growth. Your deep understanding of the insurance industry, coupled with your technical expertise, will enable you to develop and execute a comprehensive solution roadmap.

Minimum Qualifications
. Extensive experience in large scale IT delivery within the insurance industry, including managing complex projects and large-scale implementations.
. Experience on Popular U/W & Claims systems - Guidewire, Duck creek, MFX, Siebel, etc.
. Experience of Cloud Native Solutions, Micro services & Sever-Less Architecture
. Modernization of Legacy Applications by latest tech stack
. Execution of Transformation, Integration & Automation Programs/ Projects
. In-depth understanding of insurance industry trends, challenges, and best practices.
. Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solution designs. Define architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for the insurance vertical, ensuring alignment with overall business and technology strategies.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.
. Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and the ability to adapt approaches based on project requirements.
. Proven ability to drive results, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
