Plant : Direct Reduced Iron (DRI)
Job Description
• Should Have Sound Knowledge of DRI Plant Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation Systems
• Ability To Manage & Control Functioning & Performance of Electrical System of Direct Reduced Iron.
• Should Have Sound Knowledge of All Auxiliary Electrical & Instrumentation Systems Like Pumps, Compressors, ACVS, Cooling Tower Etc.
• Maintenance Of DC Drives, And DC Motors And Troubleshooting.
• Responsible For Manpower Planning, Minimum Stock of Consumable Planning Required for Accomplishing the Set Target for Month, Equipment Planning and Procurement Planning.
• Identified Electrical & Electronic Faults and Applied Preventative Maintenance Measures.
• Installed, Tested, And Repaired a Wide Range of Latest Electrical Equipment
• Provided Maintenance Support to Machinery and Equipment.
• Development/ Changes in PLC Logic And SCADA System in Automation System
• Maintenance Of PCC, MCC, PDB, Plc Siemens Panels.
• Knowledge In Reading and Troubleshooting Electrical Power and Control Wiring Drawings, PID, Plc Logics and Interlocks, Plc Programming.
• Knowledge And Troubleshooting Experience of Instruments Like RTD, Limit Switches, Pneumatic Valves, Pressure Switches.
