Sourcing & Screening resumes. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers. Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, zoom, face to face) Interviewing candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews.
