To develop and manage the sales of Techflow Products (Centrifugal Blowers, Dust Collection Systems & Pneumatic Conveying Systems) and Solutions creatively in West India + Maharashtra+ Gujarat regional markets and to increase market share across segments & geography with a healthy margin and growing sales funnel, to achieve overall other strategic objectives of the company. Focus on the effective operation, innovative solutions and resource leadership of Sales and Sales Support people, in their management of the selling, service and relationship activities with customers.
Main responsibilities
ENSURES Find and address opportunities for sale of Techflow Products and Solutions and establish a market focused sales organization that can effectively respond to customer needs. Assist in developing sales strategies for use of Techflows products and services. Develop business growth and generate positive sales and revenue streams; maximize revenue through the selling of products/services to existing and new customers. Strategically undertake prospecting activities; participate in the elaboration of customers RFPs; identify account needs; assess customers; develop optimal solutions in coordination with the Design Team; define and implement Sales Action Plans for each targeted customer. Conduct regular market surveys to evaluate Techflow opportunities and associated possibilities; assess competitors offerings, stay abreast of competitors strengths and weaknesses, their product quality ratio (price vs. benefit), the way customers perceive their offerings, and their strategic business developments. Submitting reports in form of sales funnel sheet, activity report, market study report, presentation to board. Developing new OEM & End clients Generate new tender & firm enquiries, making proposals/offers (Technical & Commercial), follow up, participating in negotiation for order conversion. Co ordination with execution team for site visit, client for approval of GAD, Technical data sheet Co ordination with Design dept. to prepare GAD with detail BOM Cost estimation before offer submission Co-ordination with execution team for maintaining timely delivery Arranging inspection, co ordination with clients QC/Purchase for dispatch clearance. After inspection/dispatch payment follow up, co ordination with after sales dept. for erection & Commissioning activities & if any service problem. Taking Certificate from client for Successfully completion of project Responsibility of Payment collection after completion of Order PARTICIPATE Promotion of our products, systems and services through, active participation in industry fairs and events, advertisements, professional showrooms and customer seminars.
