We have opening in Tele sales department. The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues and customers. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance. Its a work from office located in Pimple saudagar (PCMC) Pune-411027 Responsibilities Coordinate with the sales teams. Assure quality of sales related equipment and update if necessary Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements. Acquire the data of overseas client and train them for a distributorship with Green planet solutions. Communicate with the clients on phone about our composting machine and garbage chute. Provide the information about the products. Provide them a proposals format and related documents, Take a further follow up and schedule the meeting on zoom. Update the data sheet and send the report to the HOD on day to day basis. Maintain smooth coordination with sales team Preferred candidates who pursue experience with Government portal like Gem. Better knowledge of documentation and tender process. Look after service call and coordinate with technical team and end client to resolve the complaint and in closing service call Qualifications Graduate or post graduate candidates are preferred. Good communication skill required Knowledgeable candidates in word, excel and MS office are preferred. Location of work is Pimple saudagar (PCMC) pune.Job tags
