We're looking for an energetic, driven individual with a dynamic range of experience to join our team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. This individual will have strong communication and organizational skills, will be self-motivated, and will thrive in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager, and is responsible for the development, execution and reporting of digital marketing and demand generation activities across various platforms, with the goal of generating leads and driving growth for IntouchCX.
As Digital Marketing Coordinator, You Will…
- Execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Linkedin, Google, Adroll, and Demandbase
- Manage day-to-day elements of ad campaigns including targeting and set-up, tracking, and performance analysis
- Research relevant keywords and topics using SEMRush to be used across ad campaigns
- Develop written copy for Google Ad headlines and descriptions, and support with additional copy for advertising and emails as needed
- Collaborate with the Design team for branded ad and content materials
- Leverage Canva templates to develop ad creatives
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns in line with our demand generation strategy
- Track, analyze, and report on the ROI of marketing activities/campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
- Research and recommend lead generation initiatives, including events
Requirements
As Digital Marketing Coordinator, You Have…
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in marketing or creative communications
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (B2B experience considered an asset)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) with creative writing experience
- Experience working in Hubspot or another marketing automation platform
- Experience and familiarity with various advertising platforms (social media, account-based marketing)
- Above-average data management skills, including the ability to audit, organize, and present data
- Strong analytical skills used to identify data trends and make recommendations
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to organize, coordinate and track projects
- The ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- The ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment and switch gears quickly between tasks
- Light design skills (considered an asset) - please consider your resume as a sample of your work
