Job description

Responsible for the execution of HR strategies at manufcaturing sites of India in line with local rules and regulations.

Responsible for hiring, on boarding employee relations, industrial relations, grievance redressal, counselling, exit interviews etc.

Implement all HR initiatives at Manufacturing site including Performance Management, Variable Pay, Progress Review, Rewards & Recognition Program, Training and Development, Employee Referral Scheme etc.

Develop trusting relationships with employees.

Liason with local bodies and authorities with respect to industry requirments.

Guardian of Firmenich Social Accountability Standards at FIRGUJ and Firmenich employer brand in the region and also compliance and take care of audit requirements like IMS, Safety and compliance etc.

Responsible for data integrity and clarity in SAP.

Responsible for payroll and salary administration and time keeping

You bring
Candidate should have Post Graduate degree (Preferably MSW) in HR.
Experience should be between 8 12 years in Manufacturing, preferably Chemical Industries.
Experience at management level at Manufacturing site, preferably acquired in a multinational company with good commnad in handling compliance and liasion for the site.

Able to work at all levels of the organization and well-versed relationship building skills, good communication skills, ability to deal positively with people at all levels.
Has business acumen and is customer focused, is result oriented and is a self-starter and able to work as a member of the team as well as be able to lead his own team.
