Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Client Services Manager. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, analyzing data and trends to improve client outcomes and services, and providing excellent communication skills throughout all stages of the relationship.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Client Services skills
- Analytical Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the event industry or related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience with business development management, lead generation, and CRM software is also beneficial for the role.
