Job Requirement:
- Candidate with 5+ years’ experience into design & development of packaging
Job Role:
- Design and development of product packaging, including planning, execution, and documentation. This is for existing, new, and upgraded products as well when materials, machines, or suppliers are changing.
- Validation and qualification of packaging design and process including legal compliance of packaging materials.
- Generation and alignment of Packaging process specifications in agreement with production sites and suppliers.
- Attendance and supervision of production trials.
- Taking pilot lots, optimization, and validation of new & existing packaging material and processes keeping HSE requirements in place.
- Assist the Product supply team in finding out right packaging source, implementing the desired manufacturing process, and inspecting as per specifications made at the supplier end.
- Monitoring of new technologies & trends related to packaging development.
- Assist and work with the marketing team in creating artwork, deciding printing options, and selecting of right packaging materials. Approval of print run.
- Manage all artwork, die cut databases for all SKU
- Assist the marketing team in making Sales.
