Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Inside Sales Specialist at YaClass. The role involves customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, following up on customer inquiries, responding to customer emails, and providing product education to potential customers. While the role is based in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce
• Experience working in the education industry is a plus

Working days :

5 days/ week

Week offs - Monday & Tuesday

Work Location :

Little mount, Chennai

Onsite(Office).

Laptop and Wi-Fi connection is mandatory!

Salary package : Up to 5LPA
