Job description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, close business deals and manage recruitment delivery while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Job Description:

Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline (preferably Electronics and Computer Engineering) Overall 4-6 years industry experience in Sales, Business Development. Relevant 2-3 years of experience in Presales/Sales, Business Development in semiconductor and IT industry. Strong Lead generation and customer acquisition skills. Strong recruitment background with direct client interaction experience. Experience in SEA markets will be a huge plus (i.e. Singapore, Malaysia) Deep understanding of Semiconductor & IT industry with Recruitment/TA delivery experience. Strong communication skills Identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the target market. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Generate leads through various channels including networking events, cold calling, and online platforms. Present, promote, and sell engineering and digital solutions to prospective clients. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships. Collaborate with the team to develop innovative sales strategies and contribute to the overall business development plan. Contribute to the development of marketing and sales presentations. Provide excellent customer service to existing clients and address their inquiries and concerns. Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities.
