JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
This position serves as a dedicated point of contact for internal partners for various Cash Posting, Cash Application, Customer Claims and deductions, Reporting activities, and projects as well as SOX compliance and internal and external Audits.
Additionally, this role will have direct responsibilities within various Accounts Receivable areas including:
- Oversight for Period/Quarter End AR Close processes to support the LS&Co. business.
- Liaison between AR/Cash and Data, LS&Co Treasury Team, and Respective banking partners.
- In depth knowledge of all Cash Application processes across a wide variety of Countries and Currencies.
- Report development for Cash & Data Team.
- Support AR Reporting processes.
- Lead both Internal, External and SOX audit evidence and support as it relates to AR and Cash & Data.
- Facilitating various related projects and process improvements.
- Training both 3rd party team and internal AR team as related to Cash Application processes.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance
- 3-5 years in a corporate environment required; apparel industry preferred. Cah Order Management / Accounts Receivable/Billing experience preferred.
- 2-5 years’ experience minimum with SAP in Finance and Order-to-Cash areas.
- 5+ years’ experience of business to business or cash & data, accounts receivables
Technical experience with SAP or similar ERP system - Fluent English - both Written and Verbal
- Excel – Intermediate to Advanced level (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements)
- Team work and self-management capabilities
- Critical Thinking and Problem solving skills
