We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic team in the industrial and manufacturing sector. This role will be based in Bandra, Mumbai, Maharashtra, and requires someone with 4-8 years of experience in the field.

Roles & Responsibilities - Interpret and implement HR policies regarding compensation and Benefits.
- Execute annual performance appraisal, annual performance bonus, productivity-linked bonus, Industry benchmark benefits and stock options as per company policy.
- Develop compensation and rewards strategies for the employees.
- Prepare HR budget and manpower cost as per annual business plan.
- Perform salary reviews based on market and sector-specific benchmarking.
Mandatory Requirements Knowledge of preparing compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments for different grades: You should know how to create payment packages and bonus plans for different parts of the company and for different levels of employees.
Familiarity With Different Kinds Of Benefits And Incentives You should be familiar with various types of benefits and rewards given to employees.
Should Have Experience Of Job Evaluation And Benefits Benchmarking You should have experience in assessing jobs and comparing the benefits offered to employees with those offered by other companies.
Should have conducted at least three end to end PMS cycles: You should have managed the entire performance management system process at least three times.
Strong Numerical And Quantitative Analysis You should be good at working with numbers and doing detailed analysis using numbers.
