Role & responsibilities: To create and Disburse payroll.
To keep staff data, authorize hirings, Maintain staff requirement in the organization.
Maintain staff insurance, ESI, PF, DATA etc.
Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
Requirements and Skills: Candidate should be graduate from any stream.
Should have minimum 3 years of experience.
Should have excellent communication skills.
